Appointment

To ensure that the consultations run as smoothly as possible, we are happy to make the following arrangements:

Consultations only take place by appointment. Urgent cases may of course be an exception to this. In such a case, we count on the understanding of the waiting patients.

You can make an appointment:

  • Online via the orange button 'make an appointment via the internet' (from 1 March 2023). If all appointments for the day itself are occupied and you still wish to come by, please contact us by telephone.
  • By telephone: our secretariat can be reached from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. on 03/827 05 22.

If you would like an appointment for a pre-operative examination, a minor procedure, the freezing of warts, ... then it is best to contact our secretariat by telephone.

An appointment must always be made for drawing up regulations, certificates, insurance papers, etc. Normally, sufficient chronic medication is prescribed at a consultation. Check in advance which medication you need, so we avoid unnecessary phone calls afterwards.

Home visits

Home visits are reserved for seriously ill and less mobile patients. An urgent home visit is made by the available doctor. Home visits are requested by telephone, preferably before 10 am on the day itself.
